**Workshop Management Trainee**
- To carry out management tasks assigned by Assistant Factory Manager and Foreman
- To assist Foreman in organising and managing production activities in assigned section
**Responsibilities**
Assist in workshop management, including project progress tracking, quality control, cost management, employee training and qualification management for specialised roles
Support leadership in workshop management
Manage production workload in assigned areas
Allocate manpower and oversee workforce management
Monitor and maintain operational certifications in the managed areas
Ensure 5S implementation, work place safety and quality control
Organise staff training and promotion management
Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors
**Requirements**:
Minimum SPM or UES equivalent
On the job training will be provided
Basic understanding of production workflows, mechanical drawings, welding techniques and industrial regulations
Strong problem solving, communication and teamwork skills
Forward thinking and eager to learn and improve processes
Adapt to fast paced and high pressure environment
Mandarin Speaking is preferred for communicating with Mandarin speaking customers and vendors
