**Responsibilities**:
1. Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for Haven & Medispa’s social media accounts.
- Support basic website updates, spa booking promotions, and newsletter communications.
- Track and report digital marketing performance and assist in audience engagement strategies.

2. Public Relations & Outreach
- Assist with PR activities to promote spa services, medi-facials, and wellness packages.
- Support influencer collaborations, blogger reviews, and seeding of spa treatments.
- Draft basic PR materials such as event blurbs, media invites, or promotional announcements.

3. Promotions & Campaign Management
- Support the creation and execution of seasonal spa promotions, loyalty programs, and special spa events.
- Coordinate internal spa campaigns with operational teams to ensure consistent promotion of services and offers.

4. Event Support
- Assist in organizing spa-related events (VIP treatments, wellness workshops, media experiences).
- Coordinate logistics such as guest lists, gift bags, photography, and content coverage.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English (mandatory).
- Experience or interest in luxury spa, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries.
- Good understanding of social media marketing, customer engagement, and event coordination.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and a passion for wellness and luxury service environments.
- Basic skills in Canva; Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
