**REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality

**RECEIVING OF GOODS**
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock in system
- Check for damaged, missing, or incorrect items and report discrepancies to quality & purchasing team immediately.
- Ensure proper handling of fragile, hazardous, or perishable items.
- Coordinate with production teams to understand production requirements and ensure timely issuance of items according to specifications.

**DISPATCH AND DELIVERY**
- Review and process outgoing orders based on pick lists, sales orders, or delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labelling of goods for shipment
- Coordinating closely with sales teams of the delivery schedule to meet delivery timelines.
- Verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Supervise and train the finished goods warehouse team, ensuring all functions and transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.

**INVENTORY MANAGEMENT**
- Plan and optimize storage space utilization.
- Ensure that goods are stored in the correct locations for easy retrieval
- Maintain accuracy in stock levels and location systems, reporting any discrepancies or issues with excess, redundant, or slow-moving materials for better inventory and space management.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to the inventory management system.
- Conduct monthly physical stock count and ensure reliable and accurate inventory records is system.

**SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE**
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Arrange the schedule of repair and maintenance of the cold-rooms, vehicles, and forklift.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Monitor and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials, if applicable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
