Job summary:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing site work at EPCC projects in Malaysia, including Mechanical and Electrical packages.

Job description:

- Effective cost management, time and quality control, manpower planning, Material Take Off & etc.
- Manage overall project schedule and expertise to meet project objectives and deliverables.
- Involved in negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers with commercial personnel where necessary.
- Liaise with clients, main contractors and consultants on project requirements and attend meetings.
- Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental Safety standards are met.
- Supervision of project engineers and other project team members.

Job requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Construction Manager within construction projects including Mechanical and Electrical works.
- Experience managing a large team of between 20 - 30 personnel.
- Client facing with strong commercial and business acumen.
- Experience in EPCC projects is a must have.
- Excellent documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
