We are recruiting on behalf of the client - "A fast-growing SaaS company serving automotive services SMEs across Malaysia". In less than 2 years, they have grown profitably to serve hundreds of customers through their dynamic team. They are now looking to scale aggressively and driven individuals to join their team. **What You’ll Do** As a **Customer Success Intern**, you’ll help our customers get the most out of our platform. Working closely with our Customer Success team, you’ll: - Support onboarding for new customers and ensure they’re set up for success. - Monitor customer activity to identify opportunities for improvement and engagement. - Assist in creating user guides, training materials, and product resources. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to share feedback and ideas. - Learn to use AI tools to automate workflows and improve customer engagement. - Support Customer Success Managers in preparing reports and account reviews. **What You’ll Gain** - Direct mentorship from company founders. - Hands-on experience across multiple business functions — not just customer service. - Opportunity to convert into a **Management Trainee** role after internship (for top performers). **Who You Are** - Degree not required — any field of study is welcome. - Strong communication skills (English proficiency a must). - Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. **Job Types**: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 2-6 months Pay: RM1,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Professional development Work Location: In person
