Job Scope The Chief Engagement Officer will work closely with all C-Suite and higher leadership to ensure all Company wide KPIs are met; including but not limited to Revenue Targets, Product Usage Targets Company Valuation Targets and more. Primarily responsible for achieving Platform Product Usage Targets the Chief Engagement officer's scope includes new user acquisition in conjunction with CAD Marketing, user retention, user activation, and training activity metrics conjunction with Sales. The Chief Engagement officer leads team projects in improved user experience from learning to hiring for the community, CADS clients, and content producers. Duties & Responsibilities '¢ Strategy and oversight of all engagement activities on the platform '¢ Selection of Engagement projects in conjunction with platform team and over all strategy '¢ Content and Content Creator strategy/relationship design '¢ User Engagement wt. the platform for learning '¢ Social engagement design and reinforcement
