**1. Product and Content Management**:

- Add products to the cart BEFORE livestream sessions to facilitate purchases.
- Upload and update banners, ensuring alignment with campaign needs.
- Create vouchers and mechanics as required to boost viewer engagement and sales.

**2. Audience Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to viewer questions and comments in real-time, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Provide time checks and queue updates in case of any technical delays or errors.
- Actively engage with the host to foster a lively and interactive session.

**3. Performance Data Recording**:

- Track and record key performance metrics during livestreams (e.g., viewer count, engagement rate, sales conversions).
- Compile data for post-livestream performance reviews.

**4. Viewer Feedback and Internal Reporting**:

- Take note of viewer feedback during livestreams regarding products, promotions, and overall experience.
- Relay feedback to the internal team for performance evaluation and improvement.

**5. Livestream Support**:

- Serve as a backup for technical or operational issues, ensuring mínimal disruption during the session.
- Collaborate with the Livestream Operator and Talent Management Executive to resolve issues efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in livestream moderation, customer support, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with livestream platforms such as TikTok or Shopee.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce tools, including voucher and promotion mechanics.

- Strong interpersonal skills to engage viewers and support hosts effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
