**Key Responsibilities**
**Purchasing Operations**:
- Source and procure materials, supplies, and services required by the company.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals and favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
**Supplier Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Resolve any supplier-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of purchases, invoices, and contracts.
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
**Documentation and Compliance**:
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis and savings.
**Coordination and Support**:
- Collaborate with other departments to understand procurement needs and priorities.
- Support management with administrative tasks as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**
**Education**: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
**Experience**: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in purchasing or administrative roles.
**Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software(MYOB).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Other Requirements**:
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
