**Event Manager (Mandarin-Speaking) - Based in Puchong**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Event Manager** to oversee the full lifecycle of event planning and execution—from initial concept development to post-event evaluation. This role demands strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple events and tight deadlines.

As the primary driver of event strategy and delivery, you will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure every event aligns with client objectives and the company's vision. You will also play a strategic role in business development, sales execution, and brand positioning—delivering innovative, high-quality experiences that exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**1. **Business Development & Sales**
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate leads.
- Engage in proactive lead generation through networking, research, and client outreach.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals to potential clients.

2. **Client Engagement & Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts throughout the event lifecycle.
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction through regular check-ins and post-event follow-ups.

3. **Strategic Planning & Vision Alignment**
- Set clear event goals aligned with overall business and client objectives.
- Anticipate challenges and prepare effective contingency plans.
- Use post-event data and feedback to improve future strategies and service delivery.

4. **Team Leadership & Coordination**
- Delegate responsibilities according to team strengths and skill sets.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

5. **Market Expansion & Brand Positioning**
- Identify market trends and competitor activity to guide event strategy.
- Expand the brand presence of **Red Apple Creation** in the corporate events sector.
- Position the company as a market leader in innovative and high-quality event solutions.

6. **Creative Collaboration & Event Strategy**
- Collaborate with Event Operations and Creative Teams to deliver memorable experiences.
- Work with Marketing to enhance brand visibility and run promotional campaigns.
- Contribute creative input to event themes, formats, and client value-adds.

7. **Financial Oversight & Performance Metrics**
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and profitability goals.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and optimize accordingly.
- Identify cost-effective strategies while maintaining high service standards.

8. **Reporting & Administrative Documentation**
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements.
- Generate regular reports on event outcomes, client satisfaction, and sales performance.
- Compile post-event evaluations to identify areas of improvement and celebrate successes.

**Location**: Puchong

**Language Requirement**: Mandarin-speaking preferred for effective client communication.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
