**Job description**

As a BI Analyst Intern, you’ll support the BI and Data Engineering teams in managing data processes, reports, and dashboards. Your main tasks include assisting with **ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes**, maintaining reporting systems, and developing **interactive dashboards**. You'll help ensure data is **accurate, reliable, and accessible** for business decision-making.

This internship offers hands-on experience in **data ingestion, transformation, and analysis**. You'll collaborate with different teams, build your technical skills, and gain a deeper understanding of how data drives business success.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assist in the development, maintenance and enhancement of reports and dashboards.
- Translate ETL and database design into technical documentation.
- Perform cleaning and transformation of data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in automating processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct ad-hoc and regular data extraction and reporting to support business needs.
- Continuously learn about BI best practices and tools for personal development and contribute to team success.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data, or related field.
- Familiar with SQL query languages.
- Basic knowledge of Python scripting.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization.
- Familiarity with dashboarding tool such as Power BI is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and open-minded to learn new skills and face challenges.
- Possess a strong interest in data engineering, data visualization, and business intelligence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability and confidence to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
