Office Administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare Delivery Order, Purchase Order, etc.
- Prepare sales stock for delivery.
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate office events, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Operate office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines).
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- SPM, diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion with confidential information.
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
