**Role Summary**
We are seeking a Reception & Administration Intern to support the front desk operations and provide administrative assistance at the Mind Health Centre. This internship offers valuable experience in customer service, communication, and office administration within a healthcare and university setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients, students, and visitors at the front desk.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and daily office operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the department as required.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude.
