Job Description: HR & Reception Executive
Location: Bukit Raja, Klang
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:10pm (Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities
HR & Attendance Administration
- Manage employee attendance for executive and contract staff.
- Perform daily attendance updates for morning and night shifts (by 8:00am / 8:00pm) in contract staff chat group.
- Handle thumbprint / face scan system setup for new joiners.
- Prepare attendance calculations and reports.
- Provide monthly updates on attendance, attitude, and discipline issues.
- Issue warning letters when there is no response or information from staff.
Uniform, PPE & Facilities Management
- Prepare uniforms, safety shoes, and PPE sets for new staff, visitors, purchase, borrowing, and recycling.
- Manage locker arrangements and maintain updated locker records (monthly).
- Handle stationery stock: stock take, inventory record, and ordering (monthly).
Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage door access control.
- Register visitors and arrange refreshments (coffee/tea/water) via cleaner.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms, including table setup and drinks.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Arrange monthly and quarterly meetings with key stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
