**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training at outlets.
- Assess food quality, hygiene, service operation, and customer experience.
- Identify gaps, provide feedback, and implement training to maintain operational excellence.
- Manage the training calendar to ensure all trainings planned are conducted.
- Prepare training reports for all training conducted on a monthly basis.
- Manage standard Quality food and improve training process and material.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles

- Possess positive analytical and critical thinking in troubleshooting.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia in verbal and written communication.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including food and beverage service, preparation and food safety & hygiene standards.
- Minimum 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is preferred in F&B retail.
- Train-the-Trainer program will be provided (attendance required).
- Applicants must be willing to travel nationwide.
- Willing to travel extensively with own car.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Malaysia: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
