**Requirements**
- Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge on Social media platforms and Computer operations.
- Able and willing to work on a rotational shift pattern. Earliest: 7am-4pm Latest: 1pm-10pm.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features and functionalities in the social media platform.
- To attend the incoming enquiry from customers, identify the problems, and assist to solve the problem by providing the right solution.
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner and attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
- Gather, analyse, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site.
- Follow up with the customer on pending cases to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
