We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales - Corporate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This key leadership role will drive our corporate sales strategy, ensuring revenue growth and market leadership in the region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for corporate clients, aligning with overall business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team, setting clear performance targets and providing ongoing coaching
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key corporate clients
- Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop innovative pricing strategies and sales packages
- Manage departmental budget and oversee sales-related contracts, agreements, and proposals
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market analysis to senior leadership

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading corporate sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sales planning, account management, and business development
- Strong understanding of corporate sales market trends and best practices
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and public speaking skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed business decisions
