Appen AI, a global leader in AI training data and enterprise data solutions, is seeking an experienced
APAC Sales Director
to spearhead commercial growth across the region. This role is responsible for leading enterprise sales, driving multi-million-dollar deals, and building a strong regional sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales across APAC, including prospecting, pitching, and closing


• Drive revenue for AI/data solutions, platform subscriptions, and managed services


• Build and scale a high-performing regional sales team


• Lead C-level negotiations, proposals, SLAs and long-term commercial agreements


• Collaborate with Solutions, Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams


• Represent Appen AI at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements

Requirements:


• 10+ years enterprise sales experience across APAC


• Proven track record closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals


• Experience in AI/data solutions
or BPO industry
preferred


• Strong regional network and cultural fluency


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Willing to travel within the region
