Position: Regional Sales Director
Location: Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sales operations, including forecasting, order management, and reporting to ensure accurate sales planning.
Drive business development by engaging key accounts, developing solution proposals, supporting project initiation, and leading high-level commercial negotiations.
Oversee contract management, including quotation review, pricing/discount approvals, demo project governance, and ensuring compliance across all customer-related documentation.
Ensure effective account management by supervising customer database maintenance, monitoring payment collection, resolving exceptions, and ensuring timely and accurate acceptance processes.
Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, including hiring, coaching, KPI management, cross-department coordination, and execution of market expansion and promotional activities.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in semiconductor or test equipment sales/projects.
Strong understanding of semiconductor packaging & testing processes and related equipment; industry background or customer resources preferred.
Proven ability in key-account management, commercial negotiation, and developing technical/equipment sales solutions.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with strong presentation and reporting capability.
5.Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, cross-functional environment.
