Position Title: Regional Sales Director
Work Location: Malaysia
Headcount: 1
Onsite Requirement: No fixed requirement
Reporting to: Marketing Director
Team Size: 3–4 direct reports
Job Responsibilities
Consolidate and report team sales orders; develop sales forecasts and plans.
Conduct visits to key accounts, develop equipment sales proposals, and drive project initiation and progress.
Lead and participate in business negotiations with key customers to facilitate contract signing.
Review customer quotations, sales contracts, and discount applications; guide the team in commercial negotiations.
Organize and execute the customer payment collection plan; regularly consolidate and report payment status.
Handle abnormal payments and bad debt applications; review relevant documentation.
Collect, verify, and report team acceptance documents; follow up and resolve exceptions to ensure timely, accurate, and complete acceptance information.
Supervise the team in establishing and maintaining customer records; verify the accuracy of customer data.
Collect and consolidate market and customer information; participate in industry exhibitions and marketing activities.
Organize the development of sales strategies and market expansion plans.
Oversee Demo projects, prepare and review Demo applications, and draft and manage Demo agreements.
Organize team meetings, review team expenses, and manage team recruitment and exit interviews.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth internal processes; lead team building and assign and evaluate sales KPIs.
Job Requirements
Over 5 years of sales experience in the Semiconductor or Automation industries.
Over 3 years of experience in semiconductor / testing equipment sales or project management (equipment sales experience preferred).
Familiarity with semiconductor packaging and testing processes and related equipment.
Candidates with packaging & testing industry background or customer resources are preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin, have good skill in report and presentation.
6. Team player; ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams.
- Able to accept suitable business travel arrangements in Southeast Asia.
