Role Overview:
Senior Sales Director - APAC will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across key markets in APAC. This role demands a strategic sales leader with deep regional experience and a strong background in ICT/Managed Services. The successful candidate will inherit and manage an existing sales team and will also be expected to recruit and build new capabilities as the region scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the regional sales strategy across APAC
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise and mid-market segments
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth
- Set and achieve aggressive sales targets aligned with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to ensure customer success and market relevance
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting to the executive team
- Represent the company at regional industry events and forums
- Primary Goals
- Revenue Growth: Deliver consistent and scalable sales growth across the APAC region
- Market Expansion: Expand footprint in key markets across APAC
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key partners to enhance market reach and solution offerings
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B Sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role covering APAC
- Proven track record in Managed Services, ICT, or IT Solutions industry
- Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and scale operations
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen and experience working with enterprise-level clients
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
