To keep pace with our company's rapid expansion, we are looking for talented Sales Associates to join us for our new boutique at TRX, Kuala Lumpur.

Position**:Sales Associate**

**Responsibilities**:
Sales/ Customer Service:

- Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop strong product knowledge as well as company history, information and new knowledge.
- Support all company initiatives as they relate to product lunches, customer service and selling.

Store Operations:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist with inventory, visual merchandising and special projects as needed.
- Perform opening and closing store duties as needed.

Job requirements:

- 2 years of relevant retail experience in luxury watch, high-end fashion, jewellery or in similar capacity.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation, passion, motivation for selling and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Language literacy: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
