**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally.
- Support office administrative tasks as required.
- Audit Job Task of other dept on compliance & share finding reports
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role is an advantage but not mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
