To perform secretarial duties and handles all confidential matters in a highly professional, discreet, and organized manner.
- To perform office administrative work and other tasks as assigned by the Management/ Directors.
- Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system for easy access and retrieval.
- In charge of office facilities administration, i.e. office equipment, building maintenance, etc.
- To prepare, attend, and prepare minutes of office meetings as well as meetings with clients, suppliers, and business associates to follow up with the necessary action when required.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Directors.
- Prepare general correspondence with internal and external parties.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of employees and external parties.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration or equivalent field of study.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (_to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)_.
- 1 - 2 years’ relevant working experience.
- Able to multitask, prioritize jobs assigned and work independently under pressure.
- Outstanding negotiation skill, self-discipline, independent and trustworthy.
- Meticulous with high attention to details.
- Highly motivated, result oriented and a team player.
- Friendly with good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.

**Salary**: RM4,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Secretary: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
