**ADMIN COORDINATOR**

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably holds a Diploma or equivalent education level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge in Computing / Analytical (Excel) will be an added advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented, agile, presentable, responsible, customer service oriented, self-discipline and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, selling skills & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese will be an added advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Compile Nationwide Product Consultant’s Master List.
- Compile Nationwide Product Consultant’s store list and update Field Force Organization Chart.
- Manage Nationwide Product Consultant’s outlet attendance.
- Manage Product Consultant’s punctuality.
- Communicate with Product Consultant who does not tag in consistently
- Track Product Consultant’s annual leave balance.
- Compile Nationwide Product Consultant KPI Grading from respective Retail Operation Supervisor (Elite).
- Update and SERVICE PROVIDER for disciplinary tracking and billing purpose.
- To support tracking and compiling training record (training report and training date) for Central.
- Field Force assessment coordination.
- Meeting arrangements.
- Consolidation and verifications of Field Force Expenses submission.
