**Responsibilities**:

- **Contractor, Supplier and Client Management**_
- Assist the team leader to manage contractors, suppliers and internal departments
- Work closely with clients/customers to ensure meet their requirements.
- **Field Work and Installation**_
- Willing to do fieldwork, including tasks within server rooms, data centers, and at rooftop levels
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and provisioning of circuits and network equipment
- **Technical Design and Support**_
- Assist in the initial technical design of project requirements
- Support the team leader by consistently following up on deliverables with team members and ensuring adherence to deadlines
- **Leadership**_
- Provide leadership to a team of engineers and technicians, offering technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and project management capabilities.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters innovation and high performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT & Telecommunication project management
- Experience in the Fiber Optic deployment, troubleshooting and Fiber optic issues, strong understanding of utility distribution networks and project management.
- Ability to read, evaluate and interpret schematics, diagrams, and maps.
- Having experience and knowledge with Cisco router & any other networking equipment with basic understanding the IP address routing and switching.
- Having experience and knowledge with wireless equipment such as Wifi AP, P2P, microwave, radio wave etc.
- Provide leadership to a team of engineers and technicians, offering technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and project management capabilities.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters innovation and high performance.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Can handle pressure and work in long hours

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
