**Role Expectation**

We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and strong analytical skills in the field of marketing. You will be expected to take charge of analyzing and evaluating current industry trends in order to convert it to actionable insights.

**So what will you be doing?**
- Conduct one-to-one interviews with prospective, existing clients and clients who rejected us to garner data.
- Analyze data to identify customer pain points or problems within our products and services.
- Audit our customer service journey and business operations to identify issues.
- Analyze data to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers.
- Assist in planning and creating projections for a new start-up project.
- Assist in developing and designing our new services and their packages.

**We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you,**
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in marketing domain.
- Good to have prior market research experience.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Prior experience in product or service line extension.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Able to work independently without supervision.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,750.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
