**Position**:Marketing Specialist**:
(Location: Johor Bahru, Segamat, Melaka)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Marketing / Events**
- Handle and carry out sales and marketing activities / event;
- To promote and market education and institutions;
- Identify new markets and channels for expansion;
- Counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions;

**Communications**
- To create and manage marketing content across relevant communication channels;
- To oversee and improve the effectiveness of content marketing;
- To research and develop industry-relevant contents to support AUG’s branding;
- To ensure the quality and consistency of marketing contents;
- To identify content gaps and customers’ needs to develop relevant and engaging marketing materials;
- To develop and maintain relationship with the media, increase AUG’s brand and profile in the media and handle all AUG’s press releases and write-up.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field;
- Previous experience in marketing, particularly within the education industry is preferable;
- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese;
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising online and offline campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in both online and offline marketing and measurement.
