Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Johor Bahru. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing customer service interactions, training team members, and overseeing sales operations to drive business growth. The role requires close collaboration with clients and the internal team to identify and fulfill market needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management expertise with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in Training others to improve professional skills and performance
  • Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in basic computing tools and knowledge of marketing technologies is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
