This position is responsible to assist the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to carry out sales strategies towards achieving sales targets and objectives, as well as ensuring efficient sales activities. He/She is also responsible to develop new business opportunities with potential customers to further enhance the company's profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential and existing accounts for the expansion of business.
- Collaborate with the management in the planning, development, and alignment of company sales & marketing plans, forecasts, and targets.
- Preparation of quotations, providing prompt commercial sales and customer service on customer inquiries.
- To promote and market major products to prospective clients.
- To follow up with the customer to secure the orders, and ensure contact is maintained with clients to create a good work relationship that supports sales as well as increases the customer base.
- To assist in other sales-related functions and promotions of the company's product, as well as participate in road shows /exhibitions as and when required.
- Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.
- Oversee the stocking and inventory of goods to ensure a timely supply of orders.
- Monitoring customer aging and collecting payment within the approved terms.
- To prepare sales proposals, sales reports, and other reports whenever required.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior/management.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably 3 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience in an industrial sales position.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Logical thinking and analytical skills, multi-tasker and passion for processes and systems.
- Independent, self-motivated, pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.
- Possess own vehicle and be willing to travel interstate & oversea whenever required.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
