- Analyzing valuation and returns
- Oversight of transaction due diligence
- Deal structuring and other transaction related matters
- Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transaction goals.
- Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth.
- Update Investor Relation materials on a timely and regular basis, including Quarterly Financial Updates, Group Introduction Presentation Materials, Information Packs, etc.
- General research on market comparable, business indicators, economic indicators to support the CF Managers.
- Liaise and coordinate meetings with Investors, Research Analyst and potential investors.
- To perform range of analysis; eg: peer comparison and key financial ratio
- Inter-department information gathering including Business Development Dept, Cosec Dept, Sales and Marketing Dept, Finance Dept, Legal Dept, Projects, etc.
- Preparation of basic financial models on businesses.
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.Benefits
