**Responsibility**
- Provide premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise to customers
- To effectively recommend, promote and sell musical instruments and products
- To participate in sales & marketing events, roadshows etc, as and when required
- To present and demonstrate products to customers at showroom and events
- To assist in loading/ unloading of goods and arrangement of merchanise in showroom
- Ensure stock accuracy and replenish when required
- Manage retail showroom's daily operations and upkeep sales floor cleanliness
- Ensure products and displays are consistently well-presented
- To achieve monthly sales target set
- Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
