**Primary Objective**:

- Provide pricing services to clients, financial market counterparties and internal dependencies.
- Manage interest rate derivative portfolios risks.
- Accounted for the section’s financial performance and portfolio risks
- Generate trading income.
- To supervise and provide guidance to subordinates.
- To manage and trade in any other instruments approved by the Head as well as to carry out any assigned task delegated

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Portfolio Risk Management**
- Provide views, advice and support to the Department Head with regards to Interest Rate and Currency Swap trading activities and market updates.
- Execute trading opportunities in the global financial market sectors
- Generate trading gains by undertaking calculated risks
- Facilitate problem solving to ensure smoothen operational flow
- Provide technical advice to Sales team
- Manage market risk arising from the trading portfolio
- Assist FX Swap and FX Option portfolio management.

**Compliance**
- Adhere to assigned trading limits.
- Adhere to code of conduct and regulation/policy set by the Group /regulatory body.
- Escalate to the direct supervisor upon exceeding MAT
- Manage and monitor derivatives limit utilization by country and counterparty

**Others Responsibilities**
- Assist in the establishment of infrastructure to facilitate expansion of business scope in the area of system and processes.
- Guide dealers and sales team in the pricing of derivatives products.
- Execute the internal dependencies hedging requirements.
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Formal Education: Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, or other related disciplines.

Professional Accreditation: Persatuan Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia (PPKM)

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

- Required 1 to 3 years of derivatives portfolio management experience and operational processes at an establish financial services institution.
- Possess trading skills and understand of Treasury operation and Derivatives market & products.

Other skills required: Possess good analytical skills and a team player
