JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE

This role will lead the development and execution of structured product solutions along with their associated hedging strategies and portfolio management activities linked to equity markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Innovation & Profitability

  • Lead ideation and design of structured products aligned with market demand and strategic goals.
  • Develop product architecture, including decomposition into risk components and pricing models.
  • Refine pricing models and decomposition techniques for competitive pricing and higher margin capture.
  • Optimize product structures to balance risk and return, improving conversion rates and client retention.
  • Create high-demand products that achieve rapid market traction.
  • Ensure competitive pricing to increase win-rate and improve product margin from 1% to ≥3%.

2. Hedging Execution & System Integration Support

  • Identify and engage hedging counterparties.
  • Assist in ISDA and CSA negotiations.
  • Automate manual structuring processes for efficiency.
  • Ensure full system integration for seamless execution with minimal manual intervention.

3. Support & Configure Systems for Scalable Product Delivery

  • Set up and maintain system configurations for efficient product rollout, booking, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure systems are scalable and responsive to market demands for faster time-to-market and broader distribution.
  • Increase operational efficiency to contribute to faster revenue growth.

4. Strengthen Governance to Accelerate Product Approval

  • Streamline documentation processes, including policies, product programs, and regulatory submissions, to reduce turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with Middle Office and compliance teams to ensure operational readiness and regulatory alignment, minimizing delays and unlocking faster revenue realization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, SC certificates, and PKMC Dealer's Licence.
  • Essential:
    Prior experience in derivatives trading and structured products dealing.
  • Desirable:
    Track record in designing and launching structured products with measurable sales impact.
