About the Job**
We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team in Malaysia. As a TA Team Lead, you will manage all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting for positions in our APAC markets. You will be leading a team that will be proactively engaging with talents for roles across a range of functions, located in countries across APAC. **Responsibilities**
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders
Managing and developing a team of recruiters to achieve operational excellence and deliverables
- Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and more
- Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System
- **About You**
- Highly motivated, self-directed, pro-active & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
- Resourceful, inquisitive and excited about new technologies
- Generates ideas for improvements, Doing things differently, constructively challenge status quo
- Collaborative, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years experience in talent sourcing and delivering end to end recruitment across multiple geographies, matrix environment including managing, developing, and motivating a team of recruiters.
- 2+ years of experience in team management.
- Experience in handling APAC recruitment would be a plus.
- A strategic perspective, with the ability to also maintain a hands-on approach to what you do.
- Strong communications skills including presentation of management reports and ability to articulate data/metrics in a meaningful way.
- Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- A proficient user of recruitment systems
- Good networking and coaching
- Self-motivation, strong time management and organizational skills
