**Role Overview**
As the Paid Advertisement Lead for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves leading regional campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a strategic paid advertising plan for the APAC region aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign goals specific to the APAC market.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including PPC, display, social media, and native advertising, targeting the APAC audience.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop culturally relevant and high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign expenses and optimize budget allocation based on performance.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of paid advertising campaigns in the APAC region.
- Implement targeted audience strategies and segmentation based on the unique characteristics of the APAC market.
- Ensure localization of ad content and messaging to resonate with diverse cultures within the region.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to align paid advertising strategies with business goals specific to the APAC market.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and industry best practices specific to the APAC region.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in paid advertising, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role, specifically focused on the APAC market.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising channels, platforms, and technologies relevant to the APAC region.
- Experience with PPC platforms, social media advertising, display advertising, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align paid advertising efforts with business objectives in the APAC market.
- Familiarity with ad tech solutions and emerging trends specific to the APAC region.
