**To perform the routine job describe below**:

- Perform weekly facilities inspection.
- Prepare facilities job report for every visit in log book or in softcopy if provided.
- Daily Meter recordings for HT & LT electrical, water and chiller.
- Repair, maintenance of all lightings & socket outlets -offices, production floor, garden, car-park.
- Repair Office furniture and relocation of cube (chairs, tables, cabinets, drawers, dust bins, etc).
- Repair of dispensers, stoves, food warmers, chillers, Ice-m/cs, counters, tables, chairs, etc.
- Maintenance & repair of decorations, signage & labels for doors, offices, production floor, garden, car parks, etc.
- Repair of building, roads, floors, walls, doors, ceilings & roofs including regular servicing of door closers.
- Service & repair of all basins & taps, pumps, storage tanks, piping, water dispensers, urinals, toilet WC & sanitary piping
- Set-up for functions such as Townhalls, VIP presentations and Decoration.
- Daily monitoring of HT & LT switchboards, DB, Generator, UPS and Data Center air cond.
- Monitor and record the parameters through Building automation system, taking necessary and suitable corrective action required.
- Regular checks of building defects through regular proactive walkthrough and update the checklist.
- Support Facilities team on all audits preparedness.
- Repair minor plumbing work, sanitary replacements etc.
- Fix minor carpentry works on workstation and tables
- Drain inspection at regular intervals, minor block removals etc.
- Update daily facilities report & share with facilities team.
- Escort Vendors/Contractors for any facilities related activities during site visit as required.
- Oversee/monitor facilities related maintenance, services, reactive activities (PPM, repair, ad-hoc, project) at the site.
- To assist FC/client representative to perform preparation for the planned maintenance in Corrigo system. (Get ready permit-to-work, assist in supervision for the planned maintenance, ensure safety and health during carry job, escalation if needed)
- Overall assist to FC and client representative which is not far from the job scope.
