**Responsibilities**:

- Build rapport with parents and understand their children’s needs in growth and holistic development 和家长建立紧密关系，帮助孩子的全面发展
- Prepare lesson plans 准备完善的教程
- Stimulate children’s interest in academic studies through homework coaching and fun learning 透过课业辅导与趣味学习，培养孩子们的学习兴趣
- Providing academic enrichment class to the children 为孩子们提供趣味学科班
- Build up children holistically in terms of body, mind, soul and social aspect through experiential games and activities 透过体验式活动，帮助孩子的身心灵发展
- Recap and create debriefs for every completed class and workshop; facilitate discussions on lessons learned and new knowledge gained; document properly and share 每堂课后做课后检讨，不断讨论和改进课程，并进行书面记录
- Connect and collaborate with parents to update children’s growth and progress 时刻为家长更新与报告孩子的成长进展
- Actively monitor children’s growth and development and proactively identify supportive solutions for parents 时刻积极观察孩子成长，并为家长提供有效的帮助
- Consistently manage parents’ expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality customer experience of the parents 持续为家长提供优质服务，让他们有最佳客户体验
- Create and modify module SOPs along with team members 与伙伴们一起创造和改进学习大纲与内容

**Requirements 申请条件**:

- Required language(s): Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Malay 必须精通华国英，书写会话很流利
- Responsible, accountable, high willingness to learn and grow 可靠富有责任心，热爱学习很上进
- A passion with children and transformation 对孩子充满爱心，照顾小孩很细心。
- A keen interest in the education industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed too 热爱教学很开心，大小问题有耐心
- Have a big heart in contributing to the world, want to make a stand for world peace. 付出给予全真心，世界和平我坚信
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written 书写会话样样精，沟通顺利全开心
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills 个人呈现没问题，听了明白不长气
- Strong time management skills 时间管理要注意， 责任有序一一清
- Excellent web and desktop skills - we use Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and various web-based tools 微软Office也要行，文件数据都靠你
- Required skill(s): Storytelling Skills, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving Technique, Microsoft Office 说故事给小孩听，解决问题好easy
- Experience of working with children before would be a bonus point 教师经验优先进，学生教师一家亲
- Experience of studying children, education or psychology related would be a bonus point 教育与心理学习，帮助孩子好顺利
