**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for overall operation of the stewarding department in line with the administration policies of the Chief Steward or the Executive Chef.
- Performs the role of stewarding support and also in ensuring cleanliness on the entire food and beverage equipments and back of the house.
- Ability to execute all tasks of the stewarding department.
- Ability to maintain all stewarding activities, in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the back of the house area including the dish washing area and all operating equipments.
- Proper use and maintenance of all machinery and equipment at the stewarding area.
- Ensuring that the equipments are well maintained, cutleries wares are properly and safely stacked and maintained without causing breakages.
- Follow proper hotel rules and policy procedures.
- Properly handle the dishwashing machine, including turning on and off, de-liming, changing water and adding chemicals.
- Safely handle chemicals and keep them stored safely and properly.
- Load and unload dishware and flatware from the dishwashing machine and store them safely and properly in designated areas.
- Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
- Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor it was.
- Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

- Education - Secondary School
- Physically fit for heavy duty
- Able to work shifts
- Friendly disposition

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
