With a proven track record, including millions of users already benefiting from our technology, we are now scaling globally. To support this growth, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Backend.NET Developer who will play a crucial role in integrating our products with our customers’ existing solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and performance.
As a Senior Backend Developer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth integration of our products into our customers’ technology landscape. You will work closely with the customers technical teams, understanding their systems and designing tailored integration solutions. This role requires technical expertise, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to adapt our microservices-based platform to various retail environments.
The role
- Develop, maintain, and run backend solutions to ensure seamless integration with customer systems.
- Work closely with the customer technical teams to understand their existing architecture and data flows.
- Communicate with different technical and nontechnical stakeholders from our customers to understand how to best meet their requirements.
- Develop APIs, middleware, and other tools to facilitate smooth communication between our platform and customer environments.
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and optimize performance.
- Ensure data security and compliance standards are met in all integrations.
- Collaborate closely with our product teams

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Requirements (Must Have)**:
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong technical skills and a passion for working with customers.
**You should have**:

- Several years of experience in backend development in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in.NET/C# and experience with relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of API development, system integration, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, event driven architectures, and messaging systems

**Technical Requirements (Good to Have)**:

- Experience with Angular
- Fullstack on Microsoft Azure: CI/CD Pipelines.
- Terraform or something similar
- Experience with NoSQL databases and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a plus

- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Traveling
Travelling may be necessary depending on project requirement to client’s site. (NZ/AUS). A week every half year
