Purchasing Administration Assistant

Main responsible is sourcing and procuring goods, services, or materials for an organization, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include supplier management, contract negotiation, inventory control, and maintaining a responsive supplier base.
1. Carry out market research and supplier surveys.
2. To update and Issue Purchase Order in MYOB - Oakridge - Champost - Champ Fungi (Cool Chain Man),Fungo & Earthbound
3. Request Purchase Approval At Synergy (Oak,CFM ,Fungo, Earthbound & Champost)
4. To Update Inv into system (MYOB)
5. Issue Inv and DO to customer which order packing material item
6. Follow up on supplier for material
7. End Month Stock Count
8. To do Monthly Report for Purchasing Department. - Packing Material Report - Down Cost Report - Daily Picking & Packing Report
9. Every end month will go checking production asking about quality material
10. Key in Petty Cash Claim for Ah Peng and Mani (maintenace)
11. Incharge Company Car Service (Oak), breakdown forklift (Oak & Champost) and Ordering diesel
12. Arrange shipping for packing material or some machine from china with forwader Comet (Oakridge only)
13. Upload in synergy maintenace night duty check list for (Oak)
14. Packing Material Store - Date entry for incoming stock in excel packaging schedule and stock card - Update stock balance in excel packaging schedule
15. In charged packing material
Office located : Lot 9173, Jln Telok Gong, 42000 Port Klang Selangor
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
