**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling and maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate driver schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
- Schedule and track regular maintenance and repairs for vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Maintain records of fleet movements.
- Communicate with drivers to provide support, address issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize routes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, including maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and driver performance metrics.
- Coordinate with third parties for vehicle purchases, repairs, and other services.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Transport Planner or Fleet Coordinator.
- Basic understanding of haulage and logistics systems, processes and procedures are essential.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Team player with willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
