**Job Description: Tester Material Planner**
- Work closely with global stakeholder and supplier on preparing and coordinating RFQ, PR, PO, delivery, receiving and invoicing.
- Continuously plan, order, drive, coordinate, monitor and execute tasks that been identified.
- Establish BOM cost, leadtime, procure and collaborate with end user to secure budget.
- Work with finance to reconcile budget vs spending.
- Identify material supply risk and build risk and develop contingency plan to ensure delivery intact.
- Collaborate with buyer & engineering team to determine material requirement for engineering and production, solve material shortage, localization, second source qualification and supply program initiatives (turnkey).
- Partner with logistic team to ensure material/equipment receive and deliver on time.
- In-house tester build and material inventory list up to date.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 1~2 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
- Ability to execute and prepare purchasing, RFQ and logistic related items and reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead meetings with internal team, suppliers, and drive program closure.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and result oriented.
- Prompt execution with great sense of urgency and accountability. Multiple tasks management capability and priority decision.
- Good in system thinking sense and solution development.
- Good team player, excellent communication and cooperate with multi-function team to achieve target and solve problem
- Working knowledge of ERP system (SAP, i2, Oracle), facility in using purchasing, planning, logistics, customs clearance systems and Agile Document Control Software.
- Prefer working experience in semiconductor or Electrical/Electronic manufacturing industry or familiar with SMT and final assembly production.

No Recruitment Fees

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
