**Responsibilities**:

- Identify leads, projects and new market opportunities
- Conduct market research on brand position and evaluate customer needs
- To specify brand and products with owners and consultants
- Set up meetings with potential and existing clients to build rapport
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate and conclude sales
- Plan and implement new sales initiatives
- Participate in industry events and domestic and international exhibitions
- Plan and manage digital branding and marketing activities
- Work closely with team members to achieve positive sales position

**Job Requirements**
- Possess SPM/STPM/Diploma/Professional Certificate/Degree in any field
- Able to work in Penang and possess own vehicle
- Willing to travel
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin
- Preferably with working experience in building materials/sales/business development/marketing
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
