Business Development Executive

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to grow our manpower supply business. Your main role is to identify, approach, and convert potential factory clients who need local and foreign workers. You’ll also help build long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and ensuring smooth handover to operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients (factories, warehouses, logistics companies)
- Make cold calls, set meetings, and present manpower solutions
- Prepare proposals and negotiate service terms with HR/Management
- Work closely with operations team to ensure client needs are met after closing
- Maintain CRM records of all outreach, follow-ups, and opportunities
- Achieve monthly targets for number of clients signed and headcount supplied
- Attend industry networking events or trade shows when needed
**Requirements**:
- Experience in B2B sales, HR services, or recruitment (preferred)
- Confident communicator in Bahasa Melayu and English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Able to travel and meet clients in person when required
- Self-driven, persistent, and result-oriented
- Minimum Diploma qualification
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
