Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. This role involves market research and collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

  2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

  3. Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective business strategies.
  4. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  5. Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.

  6. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  7. Client Relationship Management:

  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  9. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet those needs.
  10. Strategic Planning:

  11. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
  13. Reporting and Analysis:

  14. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

  15. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  16. Collaboration:

  17. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.

  18. Provide feedback and insights to improve products/services based on client interactions.
  19. Lead production certification activities in various countries.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
