Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Overall responsible for business development activities, as well as managing the team.
- Develop new customer base mainly, direct dealing and servicing the existing customer if any.
- Assisting customer in making orders, e.g. measure the items / models and suggest a fitting size of containers (boxes), provide information on printing and quality requirement, and giving sample if required.
- Preparing quotation for approval by superior before submitting to the customers.
- Attending to and following-up on complaints from customers.
- Following-up on collection of payment for due invoices as highlighted in the collection list provided by the accounts department.
- Check and confirm master card and printing card.
- Follow up with Production Department to ensure timely processing of order and delivery goods to the customer.
- Make delivery of goods on urgent items where transportation by normal arrangement is not feasible (e.g. small quantity odd trip).
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Has experience at least 5 years and above.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
