Customer Service Operations Executive

**The Company**:
Our client is a European International Freight Forwarding company. The company provides customers with efficient, cost-effective solutions and multi-modal transportation services around the world. The company has a strong networks and offices in Europe, Asia, America, Africa, Oceania, and Middle East.
**The Customer Service Operations Executive will be responsible**:
- To handle daily operations for export shipment including Booking, Documentation, Filing and Billing.
- To input, verify and monitor data/information in relevant systems - E-doc & In-house system.
- To ensure special requirements are sent to relevant parties timely and 100% accurate.
- Update SOP and Internal Operation Procedures (IOP) to the latest version as provided by Client, Sales, CS and maintain the copies of all versions.
- To ensure 100% compliance with provided SOP and/or IOP.
- To ensure proper communication with internal and external customers.
- To ensure accuracy and details updated to Carrier in term of SI submission to carrier, check document, EDI submission and resolve any issues at hand.
- To verify the carrier/vendor expense, process payment to carrier/vendor or dispute any incorrect charges.
- Inherit the continuous improvement concepts by working continuously to improve the productivity targeting to be benchmark for other regions.
- Communicate proactively with internal or external party for any exceptions noted.
- To comply and work in any projects at the request of the Management
**The Requirements**:
- Diploma, Degree or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping / logistics industry preferably from Freight Forwarding environment.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills with ability to do presentations & written in English.
- Demonstrate customer service focus.
- Strong PC knowledge, Microsoft Windows, Word Excel, and Outlook required.
- Able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Experience in MNC (Shipping/NVOCC) will be an added advantage.
- Language(s) required: English and Malay - (Chinese - optional)
- Possess own transport.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
