IT Production Support Delivery Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- Job Responsibilities- Accountable for deliveries from UOB KL center and setup and manage agreed SLAs
- Overseeing team’s responsibility for incidents, service requests & proactive tasks and ensure each of them are properly managed within agreed OLAs
- Collaborate with other leads to review patterns on repeated incidents, gaps in internal process and SOP and efficiency opportunities- Oversee daily management huddle and resolve / address potential detriments and set shift-lead accountability for various actions
- People Management - responsible for planning staffing levels, motivating and directing staff to optimise productivity and aiding their professional growth
- Job Requirements
- Well versed in ITIL management practices especially incident, knowledge and service level management
- Prior hand-on production support experience of OPEN or AS/400 Systems
- Proven Team management and ground-up team build experience
- Delivery experience in managing 24X7 teams
- Ability to easily adopt to any technology / environment - UNIX / open, AS/400 and mainframe
- Strong written, oral communication skills and able to manage upstream or downstream stakeholders within the service value chain
- Be able to work in fast pace and high-pressure working environment**Benefits**:
