**Job Description & Responsibilities**
- To devise and produce social media content, mitigate negative feedback, monitor metrics regarding audience engagement and develop customer outreach programmes.
- Brainstorm, create engaging content for clients social media platforms
- Provide insights and recommendations and create marketing plan, month end report for clients.
- Create and optimize FB Ads, Google Ads.

**Requirements**:

- Min.3 years of marketing experience (with a focus on Social Media Marketing)
- Expertise in managing and elevating content across platforms
- Experience in working with/in agency
- Creativity in designing effective social media campaigns
- Analysing online traffic and engagement metrics
- A passion for social media and content creation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage your time and attention to detail
- Has the ability to self-learn and use initiative to solve problems.
