**Position: Digital Marketing Excutive**

**Company Background: Medical center**

**Working Location: Sungai Besi**

**Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm**

**Salary Range: Basic MYR3,800 - MYR5,500**
- Strategy Development: Brainstorm and develop innovative growth strategies through digital marketing to enhance online presence and drive traffic.
- Digital Marketing Implementation: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, Meta, and social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and meet sales targets.
- Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI.
- Performance Measurement: Measure, analyze, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Visual Optimization: Manage and enhance the visual elements of paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
- Analytics Reporting: Create and analyze digital marketing analytics reports, sharing insights with the team to develop and implement optimization plans.
- Account Management: Handle end-to-end paid performance media accounts, including planning, strategizing, executing, optimizing, reporting, and post-campaign analysis of paid social campaigns, SEM, and other verticals.
- Channel Testing: Identify and test new digital marketing channels to meet or exceed established metrics and goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the head of departments to translate strategic visions into actionable marketing plans.
- Project Management: Develop and manage project and campaign calendars, ensuring best practice workflows are followed.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Execute additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support overall marketing goals.

**Job Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Skills: Proficiency in social media marketing, ROI calculations, product lifecycle management, marketing strategy, product promotion, and go-to-market plans.

Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
